Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is received.
  

Shipping Carriers

• We partner with reliable express carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure your rugs and kilims arrive safely. Based on our extensive experience, your order will typically be delivered within 2-3 business days, even when shipped internationally.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions to track your package.
• Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• All products are shipped from Turkey, but thanks to our partnerships with trusted carriers such as UPS and FedEx, your order typically arrives within 2-3 business days, based on our extensive experience. We strive to make the delivery process as smooth and efficient as possible.
• Nomadic Rug is not responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees incurred at the state or local level.

Delivery Address

• Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@nomadicrug.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
• If your package is lost, we will contact the carrier and initiate an investigation. Replacement or refund options will be provided based on the investigation results.

Please note: All products are shipped directly from our facilities in TURKEY. Transit times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location within the United States.

Delivery Issues

• If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delayed shipments or incomplete deliveries, please contact our customer support team at support@nomadicrug.com
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

International Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping to many countries worldwide.
All orders are shipped via trusted express carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any other applicable fees imposed by your country are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
