Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with the following policy:


Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your rug or kilim to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be in the same condition as received – unused, unwashed, and free from damage.
  2. The item must be returned in its original packaging
  3. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

If the item has been altered, used, or damaged after delivery, it will not be eligible for a return.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@nomadicrug.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please note, if you return an item the return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.


Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If you do not receive your refund after 15 business days, contact us at support@nomadicrug.com.


Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If the product is damaged during transit, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@nomadicrug.com so we can address the issue promptly.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items, including made-to-order or modified rugs and kilims, cannot be returned.
We do not accept returns for items that are clearly marked as "Final Sale" or discounted.
Gift cards are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

The item to be returned must be postmarked within 7 days of the date purchased.
